1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Pingr ("the Service") at pingr.cloud, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
Pingr provides uptime monitoring, alerting, incident management, status pages, and related infrastructure observability features. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws when using the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to monitor targets you do not own or have permission to test, to launch denial-of-service attacks, to abuse alert channels, or to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Plans, billing, mandates, and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly through recurring payment mandates (UPI Autopay, card standing instruction, or eNACH) via our payment partners. By subscribing, you authorise automatic monthly debits until you cancel auto-renewal. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE once a billing cycle begins. Cancelling a mandate stops future debits only; your paid plan remains active until the end of the current prepaid period and deactivates from the next billing cycle onward. 6. Data and availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Monitoring results, incident data, and alert delivery may be delayed or unavailable during maintenance or outages.
7. Intellectual property
Pingr, its branding, software, and documentation remain our property. You retain ownership of your monitor configurations and operational data submitted to the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including downtime of your monitored systems.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or non-payment on paid plans.
