1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Pingr ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use pingr.cloud and related services.

2. Information we collect

We collect account information (such as email from Google SSO), monitor configurations, check results, incident records, alert delivery metadata, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the platform.

3. How we use information

We use your information to provide monitoring, alerting, billing, support, product improvements, and security. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Monitoring data

Check results and incident snapshots may include response headers, bodies, and error messages from your monitored endpoints. Configure monitors carefully and avoid logging sensitive data in responses.

5. On-prem deployments

For On-Prem Deployment plans, primary monitoring and incident data remain within your infrastructure. We may still process account and billing information for plan administration.

6. Third-party services

We use third-party providers for authentication (Google), payments (Cashfree), and notification delivery (email, Telegram, SMS providers where enabled). Their policies apply to data they process.

7. Data retention

Check history is retained according to your plan and system configuration (default 90 days). You may request deletion of your account and associated cloud data by contacting us.

8. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards including TLS, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
