Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026 · All subscription fees are non-refundable.
1. Scope and acceptance
This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all paid subscriptions and recurring payment mandates for Pingr ("we", "us", "our") at pingr.cloud ("the Service"). By subscribing to a paid plan or authorising a payment mandate, you ("Customer", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or subscribe.
2. No-refund policy (all sales final)
ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a billing cycle has commenced, no refund, credit, reversal, or adjustment will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: partial use of the Service; non-use or under-use; dissatisfaction with features; downtime or outages; accidental purchase; failure to cancel before a renewal charge; change of mind; or account closure during an active billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds, partial-month credits, or refunds for unused days within a billing cycle. Duplicate charges caused solely by our system error may be corrected at our discretion; this does not create any general right to refunds.
3. Recurring mandates and your authorisation
Paid plans are billed through recurring payment mandates authorised by you via our payment partners (including Cashfree and Razorpay). By completing mandate authorisation, you expressly authorise us and the payment gateway to debit your linked UPI ID, bank account, card, or wallet for the subscription amount on a monthly recurring basis until you cancel the mandate in accordance with this Policy. You are solely responsible for maintaining sufficient balance or credit limit for successful debits.
4. Cancellation of mandate — effect on access
You may cancel auto-renewal (mandate) at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard or by contacting us. IMPORTANT: Cancelling the mandate or auto-renewal does NOT entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Upon cancellation: (a) no further automatic debits will be initiated after the cancellation request is processed; (b) your paid plan and all entitled features remain fully active until 11:59:59 PM (IST) on the last day of the current prepaid billing period shown in your account; and (c) from the first day of the next calendar month following the end of that billing period (or the next billing cycle date, whichever applies), your paid plan will be deactivated and your account will revert to the Free plan unless you subscribe again.
5. No immediate downgrade upon cancellation
Cancellation of a mandate is not immediate termination of service. You have already paid for (or authorised payment for) the current monthly cycle. We will not downgrade, suspend, or restrict your paid plan mid-cycle solely because you cancelled auto-renewal. Conversely, cancelling auto-renewal does not extend your billing period beyond the already-paid term. After the current period expires, paid features, monitor limits, and entitlements associated with your former plan will cease without further notice.
6. Downgrade to Free plan
When your paid period ends after mandate cancellation, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. You must ensure your monitor count, team members, status pages, and other usage comply with Free plan limits before the downgrade date. We are not liable for data loss, alert failures, or service disruption resulting from limits enforced after downgrade. Removal or adjustment of excess monitors or features is your responsibility.
7. Failed payments and mandate revocation
If a recurring debit fails, your mandate may be paused, revoked, or marked inactive by the payment gateway or your bank. Failed payment does not create a refund obligation. We may suspend paid entitlements if payment cannot be collected after reasonable retry, in accordance with our Terms. You remain responsible for any amounts due for periods during which the Service was available to you.
8. Usage-based and third-party charges
Usage-based charges (including SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, or similar metered alert delivery) are final and non-refundable once incurred. Payment gateway fees, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or taxes levied by third parties are not refundable by us.
9. On-Prem Deployment and enterprise agreements
On-Prem Deployment, custom enterprise, or separately executed order forms are governed by the written agreement signed with us. Where that agreement is silent on refunds, this Policy applies in full, including the no-refund rule.
10. Chargebacks and disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us at hello@pingr.cloud constitutes a breach of this Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, recover amounts owed, and dispute illegitimate chargebacks. Chargebacks do not replace the cancellation process described above and will not be treated as a valid cancellation request.
11. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under mandatory applicable law that cannot be waived by contract. Where such law requires a remedy, only the minimum remedy required by law will apply. In all other cases, this Policy is binding and enforceable.
12. Contact
For mandate cancellation support or billing enquiries (not refund requests): hello@pingr.cloud. We respond to billing queries within 5 business days. Refund requests will be declined in accordance with Section 2 unless required by mandatory law.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may amend this Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of paid plans after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
